Mikrosam will present the advantages of the Automated Robot Type Machine for fiber/tape placement. Designed as an integrated, modular and upgradeable work cell, the 8/16-axis robotic AFP/ATL machine is capable of automated and precise placement of fibers/tapes. The AFP/ATL fast exchangeable heads with laser heating device for temperature control of the placement process are configured to lay thermoplastic tape and tows, thermoset towpreg, and dry tape, with bi-directional placement on open 3D shapes and closed mandrel surfaces. MikroPlace software, CATIA compatible, is used for programming, design, and simulation of simple to complex structures and shapes.
The Towpreg Making Machine, with high-quality production, high production speed, and control of all process parameters: temperatures, tension, and matrix quantity is designed as a modular line with various equipment units integrated into one production cell to produce high-quality towpreg.
Fully automated line for high-volume production of LPG, CNG, and H2 vessels. Automated line integrates multi-spindle filament winding machines and auxiliaries, with a curing oven for different resin systems, and a lot of other benefits.
