Key Capabilities
Dual Resin Compatibility
Processes thermoset (e.g., epoxy, BMI) and high-performance thermoplastic resins (over 400°C, e.g., PEEK, PA, PEKK) with specially designed heated press rollers and advanced induction heating techniques providing flexibility to meet the material demands of diverse applications.
Custom Thermal Profiles
Precise impregnation via customizable heating and cooling of the resin, with isobaric and isochoric control, to obtain fiber-resin consistency longitudinally and across the width of the prepreg, resulting in a uniform product.

- Advanced Impregnation: supports multiple impregnation methods, ie, film and powder scattering, ensuring precise resin deposition to target specific properties of the final composites.
- Tailored Production: heated NIP rollers, which allow tight control over temperature, pressure, and tension during impregnation, and a combination of heating methods (IR, induction, liquid) and surfaces to deliver tailored impregnation.
- Innovative Web Handling System
The machine guarantees uniform fiber spreading and resin application with roll-to-roll web handling and precision tension control. It supports widths up to 350mm and accommodates a variety of fibers and fabric types, improving production flexibility.
