Meet the MikroPlace team!
This team is a group of dedicated software engineers, “hungry” to create the most efficient and effective code to bring the machine to life.
Often, we equate MikroPlace’s work with our teamwork as ‘one and the same’. Each of us contributed to MikroPlace with persistence and ingenuity. This software requires collaboration, communication, and sharing of information and knowledge with all colleagues. This is the only way we can manage to overcome all challenges together!
Communication with different departments
- The mechanical department will tell us about a feature they made and how it works. However, you need to program the feature as they projected it to work.
- We need experts in chemical technology to provide us with information about material properties. We need them to adjust process parameters during the tests of the enhanced features on the laboratory machine
- We combine forces with the electrical department in order for all of the features from offline programming to work smoothly during online control.
- The sales department allows us to have information about customer needs to communicate with customers so we can have fresh ideas and implement something useful and original.
Thus, this works as a continuous cycle, an unstoppable flow of information.
What does the team say about MikroPlace?
What I like when I work in MikroPlace is that I’m never limited to working only on one feature defined by someone else. Instead, I can add something of mine to the software, something that I think will improve the workflow. A feature may enhance, or it may not be needed, but the same code may be reused in another feature – isn’t that the beauty of programming?, – says Dijana.
It was an honor for me to have been involved in the development of this software from its inception. Taking this perspective, I am pleased to say that it has become a fierce competitor among similar software solutions оn the market. Due to the dedication and tireless work put into its development, MikroPlace not only meets but exceeds the expectations of its users. It is gratifying to witness the success of software that I have had the opportunity to contribute to, says Biljana.
When I joined the team, the software already had most of its functionality. The first step was to apply it to the machines. Since I am a MikroPlace user, I use it constantly with colleagues from all departments who are interested in trying something out. When I need a particular feature, the team is always available to help. During actual testing, a lot of creative ideas come up, and we always discuss them as possible features, – says Nikola
As someone who has spent a long time working on this software, I know firsthand the importance of writing simple and efficient code. There is a certain satisfaction that comes with creating code that is elegant and easy to understand. This makes it easier for the team to collaborate together and achieve our goals. One of the things I enjoy most about working on this program is collaborating with my colleagues to find solutions to complex problems. By sharing our ideas and working together, we are able to create better solutions than we could on our own, – says Elizabeta.
I really enjoy creativity in developing and upgrading software with enhanced features and I learn a lot of things that help me to be more efficient. With the help of my team, I am able to turn my creativity, imagination, and ideas into something useful and tangible. Along with my expertise in software development, I also have a passion for training and enjoy sharing my knowledge with potential clients. I also trained many people on how to use our software product and enabled them to increase their productivity and achieve their goals more effectively. To work with such unique technology you need to be committed. You should get out of your comfort zone to produce something revolutionary and innovative. This will cause people to shift their mindset to an entirely different area of technological innovation, – says Ivana
MikroPlace is a collaborative effort that involves many people, each bringing their own expertise to the project. MikroPlace will always have marks caused by the people who created it.
